Wildship Studio specializes in illustrated designs for adventurous souls. For your wedding, we offer invitations that give guests the first glimpse at your celebration style. We have a small collection of pre-existing designs, but we also offer a completely custom suite specific to your needs and wild heart desires. Our favorite couples are unafraid to let their true colors show through.

Our Wedding Collection
Suites from the Wildship Studio Signature Collection start at $450 for 100qty invitations and rsvps. Turnaround time for these is flexible but typically takes anywhere between 3-7 weeks. Our signature styles range from sweet rustic greenery to bold florals to soft watercolors- a bouquet of choices to make your own. We are happy to provide our Signature Collection lookbook upon request.
Custom Illustrated Just For You
Want something completely unique for your wedding? Our custom illustrated designs bloom out of of your wedding vision as well as your personalities and interests as a couple. Planning a campground wedding beneath tall pines? We'll rustle up a design that is evergreen. Daydreaming about a mountainside weekend with hikes for your guests? Let's map out those adventures with a custom illustration. Whether you have a distinct vision or the earliest hums of inspiration, Wildship Studio will sketch your vision into life on paper.
Custom suites start around $1500 for 100qty, but exact pricing depends on your unique needs and the complexity of the designs (custom illustrated maps, folded materials, etc). Please contact us to discuss your needs and to get a more accurate cost estimate.
The timing process for custom designs takes longer since we're brainstorming and designing from scratch, and usually requires 4-6 months depending on your needs.
Custom design services are available for weddings, birth announcements, event invitations, holiday cards, personal stationery, and small business identity systems.
1. Design Consultation
We begin by discussing your event, vision for style and mood, what makes everyone and everything involved so dang awesome, and your project budget in-person, on the phone, or by e-mail. You'll then receive a proposal and estimate for you to review based on this discussion.
2. Contract
Once you approve the estimate, you'll receive a contract to review and sign. A 50% retainer is due at this time to secure your project on the Wildship project schedule, but don't worry, this retainer is applied toward your total balance.
3. Design & Proofs
Now the real fun begins! You'll be sent design concepts based on our detailed discussions that will get polished into the finals. Two rounds of complimentary revisions are included so that we can perfect everything until you almost can't handle all the excitement and delight. And when you absolutely love it and sign off on the final proofs, the files get prepped for printing and a final invoice for your remaining balance will be sent.
4. Printing, Shipping, and Dancing
After everything is paid in full and approved, your project is brought to life on professional print presses, then carefully packaged and lovingly sent on its way to your front door! Go ahead, break into dance (and song) when it arrives! Your mailman will understand.
