WHERE IS WILDSHIP STUDIO LOCATED?
We are proudly based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

With the exception of a few products, all of our paper goods are printed and finished in the Mitten state.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS/SHIP/RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will process and ship directly from the studio in Michigan, USA within 3-7 business days.  We ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking information included, which typically takes 2-7 business days transit time within the USA.  Our baby blankets ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day.

Need it sooner?  No problem!  Expedited shipping is available upon checkout, or leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to process and ship faster.

Wildship Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, such as those caused by envious neighborhood raccoons or packages re-enacting scenes from Toy Story.  If you have cause for concern and would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us at info@wildship.com before placing your order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?
We ship to whatever address you listed at checkout, so simply enter your friend's address instead of your own.  To reduce unnecessary paper waste, we do not package orders with receipts or packing slips.  This also means that you won't have to worry about your friend seeing how much you did or didn't spend (because it's truly the thought that counts anyway.)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we are happy to ship to you overseas!  International orders may take approx. 7-21 business days to be delivered depending on the selected shipping method.

Please know that additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to international orders.  Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.  All international orders are appropriately marked as "merchandise" and include the actual cost of the item, as required, on the customs form.  We also cannot guarantee or predict transit times for international orders, as the customs clearance procedure varies from country to country.

MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER HASN'T UPDATED ITS TRACKING IN DAYS...
International orders may take approx. 7-21 business days to be received, and it's not unusual for there to be a delay in new tracking updates as your order travels overseas.  When this happens, the most recent status update typically reads as "In Transit to Destination."  Usually during this time, your order is either still en route overseas or is waiting to be processed through customs.  Give it 7-14 business days, and if there are still no updates then reach out to us and we'll see how we can help.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES?
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you would like to return something please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  Refunds, minus shipping costs, are processed after we receive the item in its original condition.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

Products listed as a SALE item are final sale and may not be returned.  Please also be aware the following products are non-returnable:  gift cards, digital download items, and personalized/customized items.

GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift that was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received in unused and unopened condition, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

EXCHANGES
If your order arrived damaged or defective, simply provide a photo of the damaged item and a replacement of the damaged or defective item will be shipped to you immediately.  Please be aware some items may require being mailed back to us.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
We’ve got mad love for the earth and we source environmentally-friendly and sustainable materials whenever possible.  Our paper products are printed locally (by BreeAnn herself) on Forest Stewardship Council FSC® certified and Rainforest Alliance Certified™ papers, and our envelopes contain 30% post-consumer waste.  That's pretty much just a fancy way of saying the paper we use comes from responsibly managed forests and is made using 100% renewable energy sources.  Our shipping mailers are also made from recycled materials and can go right back into the recycling stream when you’re done with them.  We re-use packaging materials and boxes whenever possible, and even our packing tape is plant-derived and biodegradable!

Wildship Studio is always looking for ways to enhance the eco-friendliness of our products and processes so you can feel good about your purchase AND the earth.
