With the exception of a few products, all of our goods are printed and finished in the Mitten State.

Orders will process and ship from Michigan, USA within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking information included, which typically takes 3-5 business days transit time. Need it sooner? No problem! Expedited shipping is available upon checkout.
Wildship Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, such as those caused by envious neighborhood raccoons or packages re-enacting scenes from Toy Story. If you have cause for concern and would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please know that additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to international orders. All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We also cannot guarantee or predict transit times for international orders, as the customs clearance procedure varies from country to country.
To reduce unnecessary paper waste, we do not package orders with receipts or packing slips. This also means that you won't have to worry about the recipient seeing the cost of an item if your order is a gift. But we do love to creatively package orders, so rest assured that it will be just as fun and exciting for someone to receive and open as if it were gift-wrapped!

You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days from receipt of your order. Refunds, minus shipping costs, are processed after we receive the item in its original condition. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.
Products listed in our SALE section are final sale and may not be returned.
Due to the nature of custom and personalized orders, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on these types of orders.

Please let us know immediately if your order arrives damaged. Email us with a brief description and any photos of the damage. We can offer replacement for damaged goods that are mailed back to us in entirety.
